Church At Glass Chapel began in August 2017 out of a desire to see people thrive and do all that God has for their lives. We are a church of all ages and nationalities with kids, teenagers, singles, married couples, families, and various church backgrounds.

Church At Glass Chapel is also the headquarters for XploreNations Bible College, Broken Arrow campus, and headquarters for the 40 plus international XploreNations Bible College campuses worldwide, along with Glass Chapel, one of Tulsa’s premier wedding venues.

People are coming from around the corner and around the world to encounter love, freedom, and purpose coming from this church.

Lead Pastors

With over 25 years of ministry, business, and church leadership experience, Russ and Judi Jo Adams pour their hearts into Church at Glass Chapel and the people they are called to empower. They love life and live to serve along with their two sons, Wesley and Evan, and their Boxer dog, Buddy.

Their vision to empower people for life is the lifeblood of who they are. Adding a church home and family to what they have already founded and oversee has been the icing on the cake, doing life with their church family and helping others make their dreams come true.

What’s the heart of this team? You! The staff here at Church at Glass Chapel focuses on helping you find and fulfill the purpose God has for you. They have a passion to see others thrive, and become all that God has created them to be.

Years of ministry and following God’s plan for their own lives makes for a staff filled with wisdom and experience, enabling them to fulfill the vision of the church and the dreams in their hearts. They are always looking for new ways for you to connect, serve, and build new relationships! It is so much more than just a staff; it’s a family.

What We Believe

THE BIBLE

The Bible is God’s Word to all people. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is truth without any mixture of error and is completely relevant to our daily lives.

THE SON

Jesus Christ was completely human but, at the same time, completely God. He is the only plan for bringing people who are far from God back into a right relationship with God. He lived a perfect life, so that He could be a substitution for us in satisfying God’s demands for perfection. He defeated death in His resurrection so that we can have life.

DIVINE HEALING: GOD’S PLAN FOR YOUR BODY

Healing is for anyone who believes. God wants each of us to live healthy and whole lives so that we can live for Him and help others more effectively.

THE CHURCH: GOD’S DESIGN FOR COMMUNITY

The Church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ and obeying all of His commands, and it seeks to bring the Gospel to the world. The Church works together in love and unity, intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ and allowing His glory to be manifest in the earth.

TRINITY

God has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. He exists as one God in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Although each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they each possess equal power and authority.

MAN

Man is made in the image of God and is the supreme object of His creation. Man was created to have fellowship with God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.

THE HOLY SPIRIT: BEING FILLED

The Holy Spirit guides believers into all truth and exalts Christ. He convicts people of their sin, God’s righteousness, and the coming judgment. He comforts us, gives us spiritual gifts, and makes us more like Christ. Every believer can be filled with the Holy Spirit by simply asking. We believe that the evidence of being filled with the Spirit is speaking in other tongues, and that this is a vital gift for every believer to operate in.

BAPTISM: GOD EMPOWERS US

Baptism is a symbolic act to publicly profess one’s salvation. God commands it, but our salvation does not rely upon it. We practice full-immersion baptism, symbolizing the process of death and resurrection that Jesus went through for us.

THE FATHER

God is great: He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, unchanging, completely worthy of our trust, and above all, holy. It is in Him that we live, move and exist. God is good. He is our Father. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises.

PRAYER

Prayer is our ability to communicate with God. Prayer is our relationship with God, and through prayer and the Word, development happens in us as believers. Through Jesus’ salvation, we no longer need an intercessor to go between God and us, we can address Him directly and hear His voice for ourselves.

ETERNITY: SOMEWHERE FOREVER

Man was created to exist forever. He will exist either eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

SALVATION: GOD’S ONLY WAY

The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it cannot be earned through our own efforts.
