Dr. Russ and Dr. Judi Jo Adams are the founders of Russ Adams Ministries (RAM), XploreNations Bible Colleges and Church at Glass Chapel. They are considered modern-day pioneers, from international missions and humanitarian projects worldwide to a lifetime of planting Bible colleges, starting a Church and conducting business within their community.

With the launch of XploreNations Bible College over 25 years ago, they now oversee over 40 campuses and growing with more than 1500 students in the Middle East, United States, Central America, Africa, South Pacific, Asia, and Europe.

Today, although their roles have changed the vision of Russ Adams Ministries remains the same; to train leaders to impact nations and we do this through XploreNations Bible Colleges on almost every continent.

In June of 2024 Pastor Russ was honored with a new position of Distinguished Founder following a diagnosis of a rare form of dementia (FTD). We are deeply grateful for all who continue to pray and stand with us on this health journey.

Dr. JudiJo continues to lead as President and Founder of Russ Adams Ministeries/XploreNations Bible Colleges supported by their two sons, Wesley and Evan, and the dedicated XploreNations Bible College Board of Directors. Together, they remain committed to the vision and heart of this ministry.
