Russ and Judi Jo Adams are founders of Russ Adams Ministries (RAM) and lead pastors of Church at Glass Chapel. They are considered modern-day pioneers, from international missions and humanitarian projects worldwide to a lifetime of planting Bible colleges and conducting business within their community.

With the launch of XploreNations Bible College over 25 years ago, they now oversee over 40 campuses and growing with more than 1500 students in the Middle East, United States, Central America, Africa, South Pacific, Asia, and Europe.
